Compariqo is an independent insurance broker. We work within the residential construction industry to provide choice and transparency to our customers in their search for a structural warranty. 

We’re looking for people with energy, enthusiasm, self-motivation, hunger and a desire to progress, working as part of our team

Our priority is to provide excellent service to our clients. We take the hassle out of searching for a quote and our research has found that we save the average customer six hours of time in searching for the right quote for a structural warranty.

 

As an independent broker, our customers know that we’re unbiased, so there’s no wool pulling of any sorts…we offer them a range of products and make them fully aware of all of the key facts including the small print, as no one likes nasty surprises.  

What do we sell? 

10-year structural defects insurance…also known as a Structural Warranty.

Who do we sell to? 

Developers, builders, and introducers working within the construction industry.

Where do we get our products from?

We source the appropriate level of cover from a panel of key warranty providers in the market. 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated Sales Representative with strong closing skills to join and influence a highly driven, commission-focused sales team.  You will be responsible for prospecting, developing and maintaining strong relationships with builders, developers and introducers, offering attractive terms and information relating to the different insurance products available.

This is an ideal time for an ambitious Account Manager to join our young and flourishing company. With uncapped commission, and promotion potential, we’re looking for aspirational individuals eager to immerse themselves in exceptional account management and career development.

The Role

Account Manager

Location – Northampton, remote working in place whilst Covid restrictions apply

Your main responsibilities will encompass:

  • Growing opportunities in line with the company objectives and working to exceed daily, monthly and quarterly sales targets;
  • Discussing and understanding the client’s requirements and responding in a timely manner, with a solution that meets their needs;
  • Establishing and maintaining productive client relationships;
  • Effectively managing the end to end quote process, from receipt of the initial quote opportunity, through to closing the business with the client;
  • Being the single point of contact for the clients you manage;
  • Proactively following up business enquiries and leads from new clients; 
  • Updating Compariqo’s CRM system, ensuring all records are accurate and kept up to date;
  • Taking part in regular sales team conference calls/meetings and actively contributing;
  • Keeping abreast of competitor information, pricing and strategies;
  • Focusing on customer satisfaction and treating customers fairly;
  • Developing strong technical knowledge of the products we sell;
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities. 

Candidates must have proven B2B experience, whether in sales or relationship management, be ambitious, self-motivated and ready to join a growing team. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Another exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated Business Developer to join a highly driven, commission-focused sales team.  You will be responsible for prospecting, and developing strong relationships with builders, developers and introducers, offering attractive terms and information relating to the different insurance products available.

The Role

Business Developer

Location – Northampton, remote working in place whilst Covid restrictions apply

Your main responsibilities will encompass:

  • Prospecting and cold calling to generate opportunities to quote;
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;
  • Working to exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets on call volumes; decision maker calls (“DMC’s”) and opportunities to quote;
  • Gathering necessary quote information from clients and working closely with Account Manager(s) to ensure a seamless handover and a positive client experience;
  • Accurately and efficiently responding to client needs and requirements and providing clients with an excellent service;
  • Developing a good knowledge of the products and keeping abreast of competitors, pricing and strategies;
  • Updating Compariqo’s CRM system, ensuring all records are accurate and kept up to date;
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
  • Gathering market and customer information including competitor quotes;
  • Attending team meetings and sharing best practice and experiences with colleagues.

Candidates must be hungry to succeed, ambitious, self-motivated and ready to join a rapidly growing team. Training will be provided. Uncapped earnings potential.
