As an independent insurance and finance broker, based in London and the East Midlands, we specialise in arranging ten and twelve-year structural warranty and insurance cover and extensive property finance solutions for the construction industry and property market throughout the UK.

Our aim is to transform the structural warranties and property finance market by providing choice and transparency with different options and terms available from different finance lenders and warranty providers in the market, thereby enabling better choice for our customers.

Meet the Team

Compariqo was founded by a team with many years’ expertise in insurance underwriting, warranty provision, business development, property finance and legal compliance. 

Mark Griffin, Managing Director who heads up the business brings a wealth of experience having worked in senior roles across the insurance industry, construction and legal sectors for over 30 years with large organisations such as Aviva, the Law Society and the National House Building Council (NHBC). 

Compariqo is an Appointed Representative of Kay International PLC, an independent authorised, regulated insurance underwriting agency, accredited Lloyd’s Broker and an approved Lloyd’s Coverholder, that has been established for over 30 years.

Sarah Skates supports the wider team on a broad range of business projects and initiatives. With 10 years’ experience in the events industry working with a wide range of clients in a fast-paced environment, Sarah utilises her past skills to bring a flexible approach whilst ensuring she provides the support required for a fast and smooth outcome.

James Wright,
Sales Executive

James Wright has recently joined the company, bringing with him a wealth of experience in Property Sales and direct Product Sales. James enjoys building new relationships and enhancing long standing ones. James understands that each and every business has their own unique requirments – that’s why he takes the time to get to know you and tailor services to your specific needs. He prides himself on providing an outstanding professional and personal service to his clients.
