Developer, Platform’s plans to build 355 flats over 20 storeys in Milton Keynes have been approved by local planning, meaning that the Buy to Rent Scheme that will feature more than 8,000 sq ft of resident amenities, 7,500 sq ft of landscaped terraces and 2,600 sq ft of available commercial offerings will be coming to the town, located conveniently near to Milton Keynes Central station.
All of the flats will be for rent only.
